The Kiltwalk is a Scottish charity fundraising event which takes place in 4 Scottish cities each year. This year Sir Tom Hunter, founder of The Kiltwalk, decided to open up the event to all Scottish charities enabling our supporters to take part in the event and raise money for our charity. Sir Tom’s charity The Hunter Foundation has pledged to gross up all charity funds raised by 10% so that each charity will receive 110% of the funds raised for their charity.
On Sunday the 30th April, a large group of our supporters attended the 2017 Kiltwalk Glasgow. The feedback from the event was very positive with all of those that attended saying they would be returning in 2018.
There are still 3 other Kiltwalk events remaining this year:
- Aberdeen – 4th June
- Dundee – 20th August
- Edinburgh – 17th September
If you would like to enter the Kiltwalk and raise money for our charity, you can do so by visiting: http://www.thekiltwalk.co.uk/events/ and select our charity from the drop down menu when choosing which charity to fundraise for.
